1970's blouse by Cape Cod Sportswear blue and gray polka dot polyester with thin shoulder pads, long full sleeves and ruched waist (I am not sure if it supposed to be elastic but there is not much stretch). Three quarter button up the front pullover top. It is in good condition. The fabric is 100% polyester. Size Large with 42" bust and 40"waist with a little stretch to add. It is in very good condition. Please see all photos and ask any questions.
