Fabulous 1980's dress by Diane Fries in true Gypsy Boho Chic style. Would fit a size Small to Medium.
It was made in Hong Kong in 100% Polyester Georgette. There are black and red polka dot ruffles with bold multi colored striped half sleeves, waist and hem contrasting with a turquoise, yellow and red floral print. Deep V neck with two tasseled cords that can be tied in front. There is an elastic gathered waist so a lot of room in the sizing. Excellent condition! I have a few of these dresses I am listing.

Bust is 32", waist 24-28", hips full", length 50". Pulls over the head.
