The “Stone Fetish” group, designed around 2001, which grew out of the summers he used to spend on Vinalhaven Island in Maine ‘s Penobscot Bay , represents the spiritual aspect of Mann’s aesthetic vision at its purest. Thomas trademarked the term Techno Romantic but many artists took it and developed their work in his style.
