Vintage 1960-70's Dress, Blue and white Floral Polyester knit. VOLUP would be Modern XL 12-14, vintage fabric, MCM style. Excellent condition with decorative Fabric covered buttons on front, back zip. Bust 44", waist 39-40", 3/4 sleeves.
