1990 earrings Stephen Dweck pierced bronze topaz tassels, Vintage Designer jewelry signed

Stephen Dweck earrings pierced bronze topaz tassels. These are possibly one of a kind as I have found no others online. Signed by Stephen and they are 2 1/2" long in total. All of these pieces are from the estate of a petite woman who had very small fingers and wrists so the other pieces are for another tiny woman. She had amazing style and wore very bold jewelry from many big New York jewelry designers in the 1980's and early 90's.
