Papell Boutique short scalloped sleeves Blouse. Black with faux Pearl beads and Gold Sequins with shoulder pads. Vintage 1990's made in India, Modern Medium, Excellent condition back zip almost all of the way down but it is a pullover or step in then zip up. Perfect for a Mother of the bride or any evening formal event. Bust 38”, waist 34”, length 23”. Fun top to wear with flare leg jeans for a night out or to pair with palazzo pants for a formal event.
