Antique Edwardian cotton day dress in brown and off white gingham and lace, 2 pieces modern XS

Antique early 1900's Edwardian light cotton and lace day dress in a brown gingham. Very good condition with a few brown spots that may come out with a good soaking. Structurally sound but this dress is over 100 years old so please keep this in mind. Gown fits a Modern XS. Measurements on bodice is Bust 34”, waist 26” skirt is waist 22", very full sweep, length 36”. Lined in white muslin and layered attached under petticoat on skirt. Back bodice and skirt close with eye hooks. Please see all photos, check your measurements carefully and ask any questions before purchasing.
