Late 1960's Loomtogs hooded dress Winter white polyester. Layer with a turtleneck, leggings and boots for winter or wear on vacation as a coverup on the beach. Fabric has stretch so Bust up to 38", waist up to 34", hips 36" length 40". Excellent condition although the photos look like it has yellow it is a pure cream color.
