RARE 1930/40's Girdle fancy black and gold custom made 29 inch Excellent condition

Very rare Authentic 1930/40’s girdle custom made in an amazing thick black and gold coutil fabric which was specifically used for corsets and girdles. There are no maker or fabric tags. There is no stretch to the fabric but there are small inset elastic fan shapes at the hips and soft overlay velvet covering the tips of the bonding at the waist and the center back. There are three tiny holes that I show in photos where a thick pin went through it. Looks like it was never worn. I have found a very similiar one with the same fabric in pink online that was made in France and credited to the 1930’s but I have not found any other black girdles like this one.
Waist with the lacing together 29” so could be let out for another few inches, hips 37”+. Hook and eye closure. As you can see it is large for my mannequin.
