This pair of pink and gold Zapun china plates are exquisite! Fresh out of an estate. Imagine serving Easter treats on them or use them for a wedding. They are 10" in diameter with a scalloped edge trimmed in gold and hand painted with multi colored floral patterns. MINT condition, thick and heavy. They go beautifully with the pink depression glass that I am listing tomorrow out of the same estate.
These are one of those finds that are Just so pretty it hard for me to give them up.
Most of my items come out of estates on Martha's Vineyard and some from other places in New England. The island of Martha's Vineyard where I had lived for the past 18 years is home to many old original families of sea captains and sailors so fascinating things come up when there are estate sales.
