Stunning 1950's black satin cocktail over-dress with crinoline underskirt, fit and flare. No tags. modern XS, Very good condition. Button up front. Perfect to dress up a plain black sheath or wear over Velvet pants and a white top. Plenty of options on how to style this piece as a layer over other outfits. Snaps in the front. Choice of two closures so can adjust size a bit.
