Peri Petites 1980's drop waist cotton summer dress black and white polka dot abstract print. Double layered skirt with white piping. Vintage size 12 Modern Medium. 100% cotton made in the USA. Very good condition.
Shoulders 30", Bust is 38", waist 35", hips 42", length 47", zip up the back.
